Savor the Bold and Flavorful Molcajetes at Mariscos el Dorado Sinaloa 2
One of the restaurant’s standout features is its Molcajetes, which come in two delicious variations: Molcajetes Frios (cold) and Molcajetes Calientes (hot). These traditional Mexican dishes are made using a volcanic stone mortar, which imparts a unique flavor to the ingredients.
- Molcajete el Dorado: Packed with a mix of fresh seafood, including shrimp and fish, this dish is a real crowd-pleaser. The combination of flavors—spicy, tangy, and savory—will leave you craving more.
- Molcajete Verde: For those who love a touch of heat, the Molcajete Verde is a must-try. It’s served with a zesty green sauce made from fresh cilantro and chili peppers, adding a bright and bold kick to the dish.
If you're after something even more indulgent, the Cucaracha Camaron and Al Chipotle Camaron bring the heat and the flavor with spicy shrimp prepared in unique ways. Each bite offers a perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and savory goodness that perfectly complements the fresh shrimp.
